Pipe Bending Machine
KCMI has semi automatic hydraulic CNC pipe bending machine with a a high-precision, fully automated solution designed for complex pipe and tube bending applications across various industries including automotive, construction, HVAC, and furniture.
The company offers flexibility for both small and large diameter tube bending needs, that can bend pipes up to a diameter of 120mm.
Welding Machine
KCMI offer welding services. The company has semi automatic orbital TIG welding and MAG welding, to producing a precise welding according to consumer needs and high quality weld.
After the welding process, the company always conducts a one hundred percent check control the quality by leak testing.
Painting Line
Kongo Citra Manufaktur Indonesia has a painting line with a conveyor system equipped with an oven. The conveyor ensures smooth and consistent movement, minimizing manual handling and maximizing productivity. The integrated oven unit guarantees uniform heat distribution, ensuring optimal curing of paint coatings for enhanced adhesion, durability, and surface finish.
Ideal for medium to high-volume production, this setup is commonly used in automotive, metal fabrication, and industrial equipment manufacturing.
KCMI offers 2 types of paints, that is liquid painting and powder coating.
